I moved to Austin TX, in June and have been infatuated by the animal life in Texas. Last week my daughter and I took a drive to Bastrop, and out of the city. We went to a farm and saw a beautiful longhorn. This animal was like the unicorn of the bunch, so angelic and bold. I painted “ I Took a Drive to Bastrop” the following day, after my daughter and I found the unicorn she’s been searching for.
